Neighborhood Garage Sale

An annual garage sale sponsored by the BOHA is held once a year in June.  There are no fees to participate, just set up your sale and open your garage.  The sale begins around 8:00 am and runs until about 4:00.  We will do a preview sale the night before for the neighbors.  If you would like to participate just open your garage Friday around 7:00. Ads will be placed in the Kansas City Star and the Sun Tribune Newspapers.  Signs for the garage sale will go up a week prior to the sale.

Neighboorhood Dumpster

In June, BOHA provides a dumpster for Brittany Oaks neighbors to use during their spring cleaning projects. The dumpster will be placed in the church parking lot. The dumpster use is for Brittany Oaks Homeowners ONLY. The dumpster will be monitored, so any “unwelcomed” items will be subject to a $100 fine. We ask that all use the following guidelines… No major appliances, No tires or batteries, No liquid paint or motor oil, No brush/yard waste. The dates will be posted on the website when they become available.

Annual Brittany Oaks Homeowners Association Meeting:

All homeowners are strongly encouraged to attend the annual meeting of the Brittany Oaks Homes Association (BOHA) held in June of each year.  Participating homeowners are an integral part of the decisions the BOHA is faced with and elect the BOHA officers and board of directors.  Check the site calendar for information about upcoming meetings.
