Brittany Oaks Annual Meeting: May 7th 7:00pm

Annual Meeting:

The annual Brittany Oaks Homeowners meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 7th from 7:00-9:00 pm.

The meeting will be held at Hope Fellowship Church, located in front of the neighborhood. All Brittany Oaks homeowners are encouraged to attend!

Topics for Discussion:

• Treasurer’s report and financials
• Crime updates. A KCPD officer from North Patrol will also stop by to answer questions.
• Neighborhood issues and projects
• Neighborhood Garage Sale discussion
• Neighborhood Dumpster dates and discussion
• Nomination and election of two new Board members

As encouragement to attend, there will be Two Drawings for Free Annual Homeowners Dues! Hope to see you there!

Neighborhood Garage Sale & Dumpster

The neighborhood garage sale will be June 7th & 8th.  BOHA will once again provide a large dumpster shortly after for residents to use with Spring cleaning. More details about the garage sale and dumpster  will be posted on the website and Facebook as we get closer to the date.
