Annual Meeting Minutes
April 27, 2004

The Annual Meeting of the Members of the Brittany Oaks Homes Association was held at 7:30 P.M. at the Hope Fellowship Church.

There were 20 homeowners present. The President of the meeting, David Price, declared that a quorum was present. The Notice of the meeting mailed to all homeowners in the Brittany Oaks Newsletter was ordered filed with the minutes of the meeting.

The President introduced all the Board Members and Officers present.

Board Member, Jim Keeney, announced the improvements that have been made with planting of trees and a walkway built (NW 81 CT) on easement for children to use to and from school. He asked that the homeowners water the trees that are in front of their homes. Two trees have been run over by snowplows and one by a car. These trees will be replaced. He explained the second phase of tree planting would take place in October. It involves trees being planted in the cul-de-sacs.

Dana Meachum announced the garage sale date of June 5, 2004. Any volunteers to help coordinate needs to contact her.

Dana Meachum explained her involvement as head of the block watch. She asks that anyone interested in receiving e-mail on crimes in our area to contact her. She also asks anyone who hears of a crime in our area to contact her so she can notify residents.

Dana Meachum asked that residents take advantage of our web site and all it has to offer.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and passed by acclamation, the following person was elected to the Board of Directors of the Association:

Amy Powell 3-year term

The treasurer, Larry Boeshart, distributed the budget and reported thereon, and answered questions from homeowners about budgetary items. The report was then approved and filed.

The floor was opened to discussion among Board Members, Officers, and residents.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.

The Board Members agreed to meet May 11, 2004. At this time they will elect Treasurer and Secretary.
