Snow Removal in Brittany Oaks

The City of Kansas City is responsible for clearing the streets and cul-de-sacs in all residential areas, including Brittany Oaks.

Private snow removal is not included in your HOA dues, which remain intentionally minimal to cover mandatory expenses. Please note that private snow removal services are quite expensive.

For snow removal requests or concerns, we encourage you to contact the city's 311 system or use the MyKCMO app, which allows you to pinpoint problem areas directly on a map. The city generally provides reliable snow removal services.
